We support strata managers, councils, and housing professionals with practical training, mentorship, and advisory services that blend legal literacy, organizational psychology, and real-world experience.

By connecting legislation to lived experience, we help create communities that are functional, fair, and built to last.  Groundbreaking Strata was founded by Katharine Olson, Managing Broker, educator, and longtime licensee known throughout the industry as Your Friendly Neighbourhood Strata Gal™.
